Family Estate

This is the house that my grandfather grew up in. Born Loyes Edgar Smith, 1906, in Greene County, Tennessee he was the youngest of twelve children. Fourteen people lived in this house, which is smaller than the room I’m sitting in right now. It is no longer standing and only of few of my family members can remember where it was located.
I think its pretty cool.

I think it's pretty cool too, but I guess if I was one of those 14 folks sharing that itty bitty house, I probably wouldn't think so huh? ;) Thanks for sharing!

I like to think about houses like this when I start perusing realtor.com and thinking about how many bedrooms and bathrooms my family of four needs.

It is indeed very cool. I'm not sure what it would be like to live in a house that tiny, but they are strikingly beautiful to me.
